Because wedding dates are booked months in advance, a retainer is required to secure your wedding date. This protects my clients from me booking another wedding on their date and saves me from losing the revenue from the cancellation of the date I was holding for the client. If a client should need to cancel their wedding date, the retainer will be non-refundable. It may be possible to apply the retainer amount to another date (depending on availability) or other photography services. These potential options will be accessed case-by-case and are up to me.
It depends. In general, travel is included within a 50-mile radius of the Greater Sacramento. However, some destinations require an overnight stay to ensure no issues with arriving on time for the event. Each wedding's unique travel requirements will be addressed during a consult call.
